Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CloneAds (https://cloneads.app), operated by HAYZAR LLC, a company registered in Missouri, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email address secure, since we sign you in with a one-time link sent to it.

2. Subscriptions and credits

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits are included with your plan or granted as stated on the pricing page. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may expire when your subscription ends.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CloneAds to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit content, to impersonate others, to infringe anyone's intellectual property or publicity rights, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content and AI output

You keep the rights to the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. Output is generated by AI models: it may be inaccurate or similar to output generated for others, and you are responsible for reviewing it and for how you use it, including compliance with platform rules and advertising laws.

5. Availability

We work to keep CloneAds available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA.
